How to Download Your Digital Files on Etsy

  1. Sign In to Etsy
    Go to etsy.com and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Purchases & Reviews
    Click your profile icon (top-right corner) and select Purchases and Reviews.
  3. Locate Your Order
    Find the order containing the digital file you want to download.
  4. Click “Download Files”
    Next to that order, you’ll see a Download Files button.
  5. Download Your Files
    Click Download Files to save them to your device.
  6. If You Purchased as a Guest
    Check your Etsy confirmation email for the download link.

Important Notes

  • Cannot Download via Etsy App: Use a desktop or mobile browser instead.
  • Multiple Downloads: You can typically download your files multiple times with no expiration.
  • Greyed-Out “Download” Button: Your payment is still processing. Once it’s confirmed, files become available.
  • Check the Listing: Look for “Instant Download” on the product images or description to confirm it’s a digital item.

HOW DO COMMISSIONS Work

    What is the commission fee for an abstract painting?

    There is an additional 25% fee over the base cost of the painting for abstract commissions. Please reach out by email or fill out the commission inquiry
    form for detailed pricing information.

    How do I request an abstract painting?

    Simply fill out the inquiry form (or email me) with these details:

    • Desired canvas size
    • 2–4 colors you’d like featured
    • Any colors you want omitted

    You’re also welcome to share room inspiration photos, color/fabric swatches, or examples
    of my past work that especially resonated with you.

    What is the payment process for an abstract commission?

    After receiving your inquiry, I’ll send you an invoice for the 25% deposit
    (based on the total cost of the painting + the 25% abstract fee). Once the deposit is paid, I’ll add you
    to my commission queue.

    Typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks once I begin painting (though I’ll notify you if it’s longer).
    When the painting is complete, I’ll send a photo (or you can visit my Washington, D.C. studio in person).
    At this point, you can request one round of changes if needed.

    If everyone is happy, the remaining 75% is due prior to shipment or handoff.
    Shipping is not included and will be determined based on your location
    (boxed, crated, or rolled).

    Minor revisions are possible before finalizing. If you decide the piece just isn’t for you, you’re
    not obligated to complete the purchase (though the deposit typically remains non-refundable
    to cover materials and time spent).

    Can I request commissions in other styles or subjects?

    Yes, I’m open to different styles and subjects, not only abstracts.
    Please provide as many details as possible (inspiration images, color palette, etc.),
    and I’ll confirm feasibility and pricing.

    How is shipping handled for commissions?

    Shipping costs are not automatically included.
    Once the artwork is finished, I’ll confirm shipping details and provide a quote
    based on package size, weight, and location. I typically include a tracking number
    and shipping insurance if desired.

    PAYMENT PROCESS

    After I receive your emailed commission request, I will send you an invoice for the deposit (25% of the total). Once your deposit has been received, I will add you to my commission listing Typical turnaround is four to six weeks from the time I start painting (I will notify you otherwise). Upon completion, I will send you a photo of your custom painting (or you are welcome to come to my Washington, D.C. studio to see it in person). At this point, one round of changes can be made if necessary — I want to make sure you are pleased with the finished piece! If everyone is happy, the remaining 75% is due prior to shipment of the painting. Shipping is not included in the price of the piece and will be determined based on your location and whether we decide to ship boxed, crated or rolled.
